The Lakota Federal Credit Union currently has two positions open.
Member Service and Collections Specialist
The Member Service and Collections Specialist is a new full-time position that is responsible for:
  • Implementing the Lakota Federal Credit Union’s collections and charge off policies.
  • Managing collections efforts, including internal tracking, court proceedings, and enforcement.
  • Driving the Rolling Rez Unit to surrounding communities each week.
  • Underwriting loans.
  • Completing member transactions, opening new member accounts, and assisting members through the phone.

Manager/Lender
The Manager/Lender is responsible for:
  • Complying with all NCUA regulations
  • Managing four FT tellers/member service reps
  • Daily operations
  • Underwriting loan requests, loan portfolio management and leading collection efforts
  • Prioritizing safety and security of branch, staff and members and their deposits

 

The Manager/Lender reports directly to the Board of Directors and the Board Chairman, and works closely with Lakota Funds and is knowledgeable of their products and services to provide most complete assistance to the member.

 

Strong candidates will have Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and/or credit union/banking, lending, and management experience.
